Just a reminder:
  • The first time you login, use your current User ID and the last 4-digits of your Social Security or TIN number.
  • If you use our Mobile Banking App, log in the first time from a browser; and then download the new FVB App from the Apple Store or Google Play.

 

Is my Bill Pay affected with this change?

No, your payees should have transferred over and should appear exactly as they have in the past. All of your payment history, recent and upcoming transactions will be visible.

Can I send a secure message to the Bank while signed into Internet Banking?

Yes, all communications are sent securely through Internet Banking.
